Stella is a Sustainability Professional with over 20 yrs of experience in designing and executing impactful sustainability programmes.  Her career has focussed on Unilever’s Supply Chain, and includes roles in procurement, logistics, manufacturing and research and development functions, and in multiple geographies: South Africa, Southeast Asia and Europe.  

Stella is currently global sustainability lead for Unilever’s Supplier Climate Programme. This innovative and impactful programme addresses the climate impact of the raw materials and packaging that Unilever buys. Stella is responsible for shaping how the company engages with suppliers, the design of interventions, and development of capabilities and infrastructure to enable emission reduction actions to be taken at scale. She does this through close collaboration with her procurement colleagues, and by steering the work of the small but powerful team that she leads.
